Ellen has been involved in strength training for more than 10 years and in powerlifting for 8. Working as both an in-person and online coach since 2017, she's worked with over 100 people, coached and handled lifters to both a national and international level, and helped people from all walks of life achieve their strength and fitness goals.
Ellen takes pride in gaining a deep understanding of what her lifters need and who they are as people, and expertly tailors her coaching and programming approach with this in mind.

Max has years of experience in both Powerlifting and the S&C world, and has worked with a range of people from complete beginners to elite rugby players, as well as being an excellent powerlifter himself.

Amy is our junior coach - her main focus is on working with beginner and intermediate lifters looking to build confidence in their lifting and in their readiness to compete.
With experience competing regionally, nationally and internationally, she knows first hand the demands of competing but also what fun it can be! Her coaching approach brings a balance of focus and diligence along side enjoying the process and learning through experience. She's the perfect coach for someone who's been wanting to get in to powerlifting for a while, but might be a bit nervous about taking that first step or not knowing where to start.
